The Meaning Behind Be Like Him

 

I wanted to create a Christian Clothing line to showcase my talents for the Glory of the Lord. The name of my company symbolizes  be Christ-like  in every fashion of your life. I also wanted to bring an urban feel to Christian Apparel with something that I would wear and also bring a positive message as well. I first thought of the  idea of creating "Be Like Him" in 1999. My vision came with trials and errors that evolved into what you see today, the official opening of this website and launching of the clothing line. I hope my work will be a blessing to you all, and show that ALL THINGS ARE POSSIBLE THROUGH CHRIST WHO STRENGTHENS US.  Thank you for visiting the site. Take care and God bless

About the Creator

Kerwin Davis was born in the city of Gary, IN where he started on his path of creativity in the field of art and design. Inspired and influence by his mother Denise Barron, who was a art major at the University of Arkansas, She gave him the encouragement and belief that "all things are possible through Christ who strengthens us" (Actually this is the first verse he was taught when he was a child). Kerwin attended the Art Institute of Pittsburgh where he aquired his formal training in the Graphic Design. From there he made his home in Atlanta, Ga where he established Be Like Him Apparel. Kerwin is a father of daughter Sarah,  who he loves very much and one the inspirations for creating Be Like Him. In his free time enjoys drawing, reading and establishing a stronger relationship with God.
